Seamless Care Pharmacy is a family-owned business started by Murad Younis and his wife, Maha Hassan-Younis in 1997. Over the last 24 years, not only have we become a pillar of our community, but also transcended into a renowned clinical pharmacy that is recognized by Accreditation Canada.
Our goal is simple, we’ve set out to improve the healthcare of individuals in our communities, with a particular focus on the developmental disability and mental health sector. We work closely with the circle of care at homes and agencies, while continuously implementing evidence-based best practices and tools to help provide care.

Our mission seeks to enable individuals to improve their quality of life. We do this by implementation of evidence-based best practices to achieve the goal of optimizing medicationmanagement across the continuum of care for the communities we support.We also aim to empower our patients so they can make healthy choices where they live, work, play and learn. We do this by providing safe and effective medication management systems that include tools to monitor and learn about people’s health.

A specialized community pharmacy with a team of clinical pharmacists that provides innovative pharmacy solutions for agencies that support individuals in the mental health, developmental and intellectual disabilities sector. We partner with community organizations to provide highly specialized support in the areas of: pharmacy services, training/education and IT integration.
Patient-centric retail pharmacy that offers free medical consultation, compliance medication packaging, same-day pick-up and delivery, and short turnaround time. Westmount Pharmacy also specializes in providing services to individuals living in residential care settings including retirement, long-term care, assisted living, transitional, and group homes.
